I help people Manage their Particles™ in Life & Work.

I have had a passion for the energetics and quantum physics since birth. My first book is underpinned by quantum particles, quantum entanglement and cartoons to help these complicated ideas flourish.

After working with most industries, I identified parallels and insights, then crystallized these ideas into the work I do today via:

I love making complicated concepts enjoyable and relatable so that growth is more fluid and behaviors more collaborative.

We pioneered this work decades ago—tossing quantum particles (golf balls) at The Musicians Hall of Fame in Nashville, TN—with Frequency Matters® in a playful song, keynote address, followed by warm and collaborative conversations in breakout sessions.

It was such an inspiring event with leaders, professionals, and C-Suite innovators, we decided to create Frequency Matters® for leaders, teams, and cultures.

When a Nobel Prize was awarded in 2022 proving quantum entanglement, and again in 2023 (Anne L’Huillier), people became less intimidated by it.

Qualitative and quantitative research, along with direct case studies, serve as the backbone of our work.
